Career
-related workshops/courses

To guide students through the job-finding process, the programme offers vigorous training in CV writing, mock interviews, aptitude tests, and business etiquette through a series of career-related workshops.

Throughout the year, the programme also offers additional short courses on language learning (e.g. Cantonese speaking for non-local students, oral English skills, and presentation skills) and professional interview skills.

One-to-one career coaching

The programme invites accounting/finance/HR professionals to serve as career advisors and offer regular one-to-one career coaching sessions. Benefiting from their rich experience, our career advisors not only coach students/young alumni in CV writing and interview skills but also offer personal advice on career planning.

Professional seminars

The Programme often invite business leaders from mainland China and Hong Kong to share their valuable industry experience, insights, and expertise with our students/alumni in professional seminars/guest lectures. Previous seminar topics and guest speakers are listed here.

Alumni/industry networks

The programme engages alumni through a mentorship program, career-development services, and a strong alumni network in both Hong Kong and mainland China. We also collaborate with the University’s Career Planning and Development Centre to provide students/alumni with plenty of opportunities to network with prospective employers through recruitment talks, seminars, corporate visits, and social events.
