SCOPE: This conference will bring together top scholars to present and discuss high quality research on institutions and corporate governance in a multidisciplinary approach. The conference is designed to be small-scaled to facilitate interactions among participants. Contemporary research will be presented and discussed in various formats including lectures, paper workshops, and panel discussions. The overall theme of this conference is how institutions shape corporate governance. All papers presented in the conference are related to this theme.

CALL FOR PAPERS: The conference invites submission of manuscripts in English in the areas of accounting, economics, finance and management covering topics of institutions and governance. The conference will include about eight papers.
PAPER SUBMISSION: The paper submission deadline is January 28, 2014. Please submit your paper in MS Word or PDF format via email to: email@example.com . An all-inclusive lump sum allowance of up to US$1,500 each paper will be provided to overseas presenters.

Registration fee: HK$2,000/US$250 (covering luncheons and a conference banquet)
