\u53bb\u5e74\u767c\u8868\u7684\u767d\u76ae\u66f8<a href=\"https:\/\/www.randstad.com.hk\/hr-trends\/employer-brand\/hongkongers-poor-work-life-balance-due-excessive-workload-overtime\/\"><em>Reimagine Work White Paper 2022<\/em><\/a>\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e8c\u7684\u53d7\u50f1\u4eba\u58eb\u90fd\u66fe\u904e\u5ea6\u52a0\u73ed\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300d\uff08Work-family conflict\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8001\u751f\u5e38\u8ac7\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u8f03\u5c11\u4eba\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\u53ef\u4e92\u70ba\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u65e5\u7a4d\u6708\u7d2f\u4e0b\u6539\u8b8a\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u6027\u683c\u3002\u4e00\u9805\u984c\u70ba<a href=\"https:\/\/psycnet.apa.org\/record\/2023-96776-001\">\u300a\u751f\u6c23\u4e86\uff1f\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u5c0d\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u4e4b\u5f71\u97ff\u53ca\u5169\u8005\u4ea4\u4e92\u95dc\u4fc2\u300b<\/a>\u7684\u65b0\u7814\u7a76\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5bb6\u5ead\u5b89\u6392\u6709\u52a9\u6210\u5e74\u4eba\u990a\u6210\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u6027\u683c\uff0c\u76f8\u53cd\u5247\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u300e\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300f\u5c0d\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u8868\u73fe\u53ca\u8eab\u5fc3\u5065\u5eb7\u5f71\u97ff\u6df1\u9060\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u885d\u7a81\u53cd\u6620\u51fa\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u5b58\u5728\u4e00\u7a2e\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u6539\u8b8a\u6211\u5011\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3001\u601d\u60f3\u548c\u611f\u53d7\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c0d\u6027\u683c\u7522\u751f\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u300d\u8ca0\u8cac\u5e36\u9818\u8a72\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u5546\u5b78\u9662\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388<a experiences\uff09\u662f\u6307\u500b\u4eba\u5728\u517c\u9867\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u8cac\u4efb\u6642\u9808\u8981\u9762\u5c0d\u7684\u5404\u7a2e\u60c5\u6cc1\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u60c5\u6cc1\u6703\u4ee5\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u5448\u73fe\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300d\u3001\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u589e\u76ca\u300d\uff08Work-family enrichment\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e92\u5229\u300d\uff08Work-family facilitation\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u76f8\u62b5\u89f8\u6642\uff0c\u4fbf\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300d\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u58d3\u529b\u548c\u7e43\u7dca\u7684\u60c5\u7dd2\u3002\u53cd\u4e4b\uff0c\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e92\u5229\u300d\u5247\u4ee3\u8868\u7740\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u6216\u5bb6\u5ead\u7684\u7d93\u6b77\uff0c\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5c65\u884c\u53e6\u4e00\u908a\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u6642\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u70ba\u5bb9\u6613\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u662f\u6b21\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\uff0c\u674e\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u5176\u5718\u968a\u5be9\u8996\u4e86\u300c\u4e94\u5927\u300d\u985e\u6027\u683c\u7279\u5fb5\uff0c\u9019\u4e00\u5206\u985e\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7406\u89e3\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u500b\u6027\u3002\u5916\u5411\u6027\uff08Extraversion\uff09\u662f\u6307\u4e00\u500b\u4eba\u5916\u5411\u3001\u5584\u65bc\u793e\u4ea4\u7684\u672c\u8cea\u3002\u89aa\u548c\u6027\uff08Agreeableness\uff09\u4ee3\u8868\u53cb\u5584\u53ca\u6a02\u65bc\u8207\u4ed6\u4eba\u5408\u4f5c\u3002\u8a8d\u771f\u76e1\u8cac\u6027\uff08Conscientiousness\uff09\u53cd\u6620\u5de5\u4f5c\u6709\u689d\u7406\u3001\u5177\u8cac\u4efb\u5fc3\u3002\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\uff08Neuroticism\uff09\u8207\u60c5\u7dd2\u6ce2\u52d5\u6216\u6613\u65bc\u611f\u5230\u7126\u616e\u3001\u7dca\u5f35\u7b49\u8ca0\u9762\u60c5\u7dd2\u6709\u95dc\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u958b\u653e\u6027\uff08Openness\uff09\u4ee3\u8868\u5177\u597d\u5947\u5fc3\u53ca\u5275\u9020\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u674e\u6559\u6388\u53ca\u5718\u968a\u96a8\u5f8c\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u5169\u9805\u7e31\u5411\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u7b2c\u4e00\u9805\u5229\u7528Midlife in the United States\u8abf\u67e5\u7684\u4e09\u968e\u6bb5\u7e31\u5411\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u5176\u6a23\u672c\u75317,000\u591a\u540d\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u6c11\u7d44\u6210\u3002\u7b2c\u4e8c\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u7528\u7684\u6578\u64da\u4f86\u81ea\u5bc6\u6b47\u6839\u5927\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u8a08\u5283The Health and Retirement \/><\/p>\n<p>\u5169\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u6240\u6db5\u84cb\u7684\u5e73\u5747\u5e74\u9f61\u8de8\u5ea6\u5206\u5225\u70ba42\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\u81f361\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\uff0c\u53ca56\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\u81f364\u6b72\u5de6\u53f3\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u8f03\u65e9\u524d\u89c0\u5bdf\u5230\uff0c\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u4e00\u822c\u5728\u4eba\u751f\u7684\u65e9\u671f\u968e\u6bb5\uff08\u598230\u6b72\u4ee5\u524d\uff09\u621670\u6b72\u4e4b\u5f8c\u5f62\u6210\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u672c\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u627e\u5230\u4e86\u8b49\u64da\u8b49\u660e\uff0c\u4eba\u5373\u4f7f\u5728\u4e2d\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u968e\u6bb5\u4ecd\u6703\u767c\u5c55\u51fa\u4e00\u4e9b\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u5718\u968a\u767c\u73fe\uff0c\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u5c0d\u5916\u5411\u6027\u53ca\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u5169\u985e\u6027\u683c\u7279\u5fb5\u5177\u660e\u986f\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u8a8d\u771f\u76e1\u8cac\u6027\u53ca\u89aa\u548c\u6027\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u537b\u6709\u9650\u3002\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u662f\u5f15\u767c\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u51fa\u73fe\u60e1\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\u4e4b\u4e00\uff1b\u5916\u5411\u6027\u5247\u53ef\u5e36\u4f86\u826f\u6027\u5faa\u74b0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8ca0\u9762\u7684\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u9296\u7a4d\u5bf8\u7d2f\uff0c\u6703\u9020\u6210\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u4e0a\u5347\u53ca\u5916\u5411\u6027\u4e0b\u964d\uff1b\u76f8\u53cd\u5730\uff0c\u6301\u7e8c\u64c1\u6709\u6b63\u9762\u7684\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u6709\u52a9\u6e1b\u4f4e\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u6027\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5916\u5411\u6027\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u53e6\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5916\u5411\u7684\u4eba\u6703\u8f03\u50be\u5411\u5c0b\u6c42\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u8f03\u591a\u7684\u793e\u6703\u652f\u63f4\uff0c\u9019\u4f7f\u4ed6\u5011\u80fd\u5920\u9577\u671f\u6709\u6548\u5730\u99d5\u99ad\u591a\u500b\u4eba\u751f\u89d2\u8272\u3002\u53e6\u4e00\u65b9\u9762\uff0c\u60c5\u7dd2\u4e0d\u7a69\u5b9a\u7684\u50f1\u54e1\u60c5\u7dd2\u72c0\u614b\u5bb9\u6613\u6ce2\u52d5\uff0c\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u8207\u5de5\u4f5c\u8207\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e4b\u9593\u5b58\u5728\u8f03\u591a\u885d\u7a81\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0a\u8ff0\u7684\u4ea4\u4e92\u95dc\u4fc2\u7d93\u5e74\u7d2f\u6708\u6301\u7e8c\u7522\u751f\u76f8\u4e92\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u4e0d\u53d7\u5e74\u9f61\u6216\u6027\u5225\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u7a0b\u5ea6\u53ca\u8077\u696d\u4ea6\u6c92\u6709\u5e36\u4f86\u986f\u8457\u5dee\u7570\u3002\u60df\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u8b66\u63d0\u9192\uff0c\u61c9\u5c0f\u5fc3\u89e3\u8b80\u9019\u4e9b\u7d50\u679c\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8abf\u67e5\u6a23\u672c\u50c5\u4f86\u81ea\u90a3\u4e9b\u81ea\u9858\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u4eba\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6c92\u6709\u95dc\u6ce8\u7279\u5b9a\u8077\u696d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u300c\u6211\u5011\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5c0d\u8c61\u6a23\u672c\u4f86\u81ea\u7f8e\u570b\u5168\u570b\uff0c\u52a0\u4e0a\u6211\u5011\u6c92\u6709\u8abf\u67e5\u4e0d\u540c\u8077\u696d\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u6211\u5011\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u54ea\u4e9b\u8077\u696d\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u300d\u674e\u6559\u6388\u8aaa\u3002\u300c\u6211\u4f30\u8a08\uff0c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u884c\u696d\u6216\u8f03\u5bb9\u6613\u53d7\u5230\u5de5\u4f5c\u5bb6\u5ead\u95dc\u4fc2\u5c0d\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u6bd4\u5982\uff0c\u5728\u9999\u6e2f\uff0c\u9019\u985e\u884c\u696d\u5305\u62ec\u91d1\u878d\u3001\u9280\u884c\u53ca\u623f\u5730\u7522\uff0c\u4f46\u5f71\u97ff\u53ef\u80fd\u56e0\u5730\u5340\u800c\u7570\u3002\u300d<\/p>\n<h3><strong>\u6368\u77ed\u53d6\u9577<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u986f\u793a\u4f01\u696d\u53ca\u500b\u4eba\u61c9\u8a72\u66f4\u52a0\u6ce8\u91cd\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u7d93\u6b77\u300d\u5c0d\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u4e26\u8003\u616e\u63a1\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u6e1b\u5c11\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300d\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u589e\u76ca\u300d\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u65e8\u5728\u6e1b\u5c11\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u885d\u7a81\u300d\u3001\u63d0\u5347\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u589e\u76ca\u300d\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\u65e5\u8d77\u6709\u529f\uff0c\u53ef\u5c0d\u50f1\u54e1\u7684\u6027\u683c\u7279\u8cea\u7522\u751f\u6b63\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8209\u4f8b\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4f01\u696d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a1\u7d0d\u5bb6\u5ead\u53cb\u5584\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5b89\u6392\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u9060\u7a0b\u8fa6\u516c\u6216\u9748\u6d3b\u5de5\u6642\uff0c\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u50f1\u54e1\u66f4\u597d\u5730\u517c\u9867\u5de5\u4f5c\u53ca\u5bb6\u5ead\u8cac\u4efb\u3002\u50f1\u54e1\u4ea6\u53ef\u5be6\u8e10\u66f4\u591a\u4fc3\u9032\u300c\u5de5\u4f5c\u2014\u5bb6\u5ead\u589e\u76ca\u300d\u7684\u884c\u52d5\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u64a5\u51fa\u6642\u9593\u5168\u5fc3\u966a\u4f34\u5bb6\u4eba\uff0c\u6
