href=\"http:\/\/www.pbc.gov.cn\/en\/3688247\/3688978\/3709143\/4820435\/index.html\">\u7e3d\u503c<\/a>\u70ba419.64\u842c\u5104\u5143\u4eba\u6c11\u5e63\uff0c\u8f03\u53bb\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u6bd4\u589e\u52a09.9%\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\uff0c\u9280\u884c\u696d\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u8cc7\u7522\u898f\u6a21\u70ba379.39\u842c\u5104\u5143\uff0c\u8f03\u53bb\u5e74\u540c\u671f\u6bd4\u589e\u957710%\u3002<\/p>\n<p><iframe href=\"https:\/\/www.pwc.com\/gx\/en\/services\/audit-assurance\/assets\/pwc-global-ipo-watch-2022.pdf\">\u300a2022\u5e74\u5ea6\u5168\u7403IPO\u89c0\u5bdf\u5831\u544a\u300b<\/a>\u7a31\uff0c2022\u5e74\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u570b\u5167\u5e02\u5834\u901a\u904eIPO\u7c4c\u96c6\u5230\u7684\u8cc7\u91d1\u4f54\u5168\u7403\u7e3d\u984d39%\uff0c\u5176IPO\u7c4c\u8cc7\u91d1\u984d\u9996\u6b21\u8d85\u8d8a\u7f8e\u570b\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7b2c\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5118\u7ba1\u4e2d\u570b\u8207\u5176\u4ed6\u767c\u9054\u5e02\u5834\u4e00\u6a23\u5145\u6eff\u5546\u6a5f\uff0c\u4f46\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee4\u4e2d\u570b\u91d1\u878d\u696d\u6709\u5176\u7368\u4e00\u7121\u4e8c\u7684\u7279\u8cea\u3002\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u793e\u6703\u4eba\u8207\u4eba\u4e4b\u9593\u4e92\u52d5\u4ea4\u5f80\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u6982\u5ff5\uff0c\u5177\u6709\u5229\u76ca\u4ea4\u63db\u7684\u542b\u7fa9\u3002\u9577\u4e45\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u4e00\u76f4\u4e3b\u5c0e\u7740\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u793e\u6703\u7d93\u6fdf\u683c\u5c40\u3002\u4ee5\u5f80\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u7684\u7279\u9ede\u5305\u62ec\u5b58\u5728\u5c0d\u5bb6\u4eba\u822c\u7684\u4fe1\u4efb\u3001\u79c1\u4ea4\u751a\u7be4\u4f46\u4ea6\u6703\u4f5c\u529f\u5229\u6027\u8cea\u7684\u4ea4\u6613\u3002\u5728\u897f\u65b9\u5546\u696d\u4e16\u754c\u5efa\u7acb\u4eba\u8108\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u5143\u7d20\u3002\u5728\u91d1\u878d\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u5e38\u5e38\u80fd\u5de6\u53f3\u7d93\u6fdf\u4ee3\u7406\u4eba\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5e36\u7740\u660e\u78ba\u76ee\u6a19\u4f86\u69cb\u5efa\u4eba\u969b\u7db2\u7d61\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u5177\u6f5b\u5728\u6548\u76ca\uff0c\u4f46\u4ea6\u53ef\u80fd\u5e36\u4f86\u4e0d\u826f\u5f8c\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 2048px) 100vw, 2048px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u4efd\u7531\u9999\u6e2f\u4e2d\u6587\u5927\u5b78\uff08\u4e2d\u5927\uff09\u5546\u5b78\u9662\u767c\u4f48\u7684\u767d\u76ae\u66f8\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u6587\u5316\u5982\u4f55\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u50ac\u751f\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u7368\u7279\u7684\u91d1\u878d\u884c\u696d\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u4e00\u7cfb\u5217\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e26\u5be9\u8996\u4e86\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u5c0d\u4e2d\u570b\u91d1\u878d\u696d\u5167\u4e0d\u540c\u89d2\u8272\u4e4b\u9593\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9996\u5148\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7740\u773c\u65bc\u57fa\u91d1\u7d93\u7406\u8207\u5206\u6790\u54e1\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u793e\u4ea4\u806f\u7e6b\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u884c\u70ba\u53ca\u5546\u696d\u6c7a\u5b9a\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ed6\u5011\u5982\u4f55\u56de\u5831\u5c0d\u65b9\u6240\u63d0\u4f9b\u7684\u597d\u8655\u3002\u7136\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u63a2\u8a0e\u6295\u8cc7\u9280\u884c\u5bb6\u548c\u6838\u6578\u5e2b\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u662f\u5426\u6703\u5f71\u97ffIPO\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4ee5\u53ca\u516c\u53f8\u4e0a\u5e02\u5f8c\u7684\u696d\u7e3e\u3002\u7b2c\u4e09\u985e\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u662f\u6838\u6578\u5e2b\u8207\u5be9\u6838\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u95dc\u4fc2\u6703\u5e36\u4f86\u54ea\u4e9b\u8ca0\u9762\u5f71\u97ff\u53ca\u6548\u76ca\uff1f\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5982\u4f55\u640d\u5bb3\u7a3d\u6838\u7684\u8cea\u7d20\uff1f\u7b2c\u56db\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6703\u7814\u7a76\u6295\u8cc7\u5206\u6790\u54e1\u8207\u516c\u53f8\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d\u5982\u4f55\u5f71\u97ff\u5206\u6790\u54e1\u7372\u5f97\u51fa\u73fe\u554f\u984c\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u4e4b\u58de\u6d88\u606f\u4ee5\u53ca\u76f8\u95dc\u8a0a\u606f\u7684\u50b3\u64ad\u3002\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7e3d\u7d50\u51fa\u9019\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u7d50\u679c\u70ba\u4eba\u5011\u5e36\u4f86\u7684\u555f\u793a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u60f3\u8981\u4e86\u89e3\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\uff0c\u8acb\u9ede\u64ca\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u93c8\u63a5\u95b1\u8b80\u76f8\u95dc\u7ae0\u7bc0\uff1a<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u5f15\u8a00\uff1a<\/strong><strong>\u8209\u8db3\u8f15\u91cd\u7684\u300c\u95dc\u4fc2\u300d<\/strong><strong>\uff1a\u4e2d\u570b\u73fe\u4ee3\u91d1\u878d<\/strong><strong>\u696d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a
