href=\"https:\/\/www.aib.world\/about\/aib-fellows\/shige-makino\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">AIB\u9662\u58eb<\/a>\uff0c\u66fe\u57282010\u81f32012\u5e74\u51fa\u4efbAIB\u526f\u7e3d\u88c1\uff0c\u4e26\u65bc2014\u81f32017\u5e74\u64d4\u4efbAIB\u9662\u58eb\u7684\u53f8\u5eab\u3002\u4ed6\u65bc\u4e5d\u5341\u5e74\u4ee3\u4e2d\u8072\u540d\u9d72\u8d77\uff0c\u8e8b\u8eab\u570b\u969b\u5546\u696d\u7814\u7a76\u9818\u57df\u9802\u5c16\u7814\u7a76\u54e1\u4e4b\u5217\uff0c\u4e26\u5148\u5f8c\u5728\u591a\u4efd\u570b\u969b\u9802\u7d1a\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u671f\u520a\u767c\u8868\u903e\u4e94\u5341\u7bc7\u540c\u884c\u8a55\u5be9\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u300aAcademy of Management Journal\u300b\u3001\u300aJournal of International Business Studies\u300b\u3001\u300aJournal of Management Studies\u300b\u3001\u300aOrganization Science\u300b\u53ca\u300aStrategic Management Journal\u300b\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7267\u91ce\u6559\u6388\u76ee\u524d\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u8de8\u570b\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u548c\u7e3e\u6548\u3002\u4ed6\u7279\u5225\u71b1\u8877\u65bc\u7814\u7a76\u7d93\u6fdf\u6d3b\u52d5\u7684\u975e\u7d93\u6fdf\u52d5\u6a5f\u53ca\u5176\u5728\u570b\u969b\u4f01\u696d\u4e2d\u7684\u7e3e\u6548\u6210\u679c\u3002\u6839\u64da\u300c\u8c37\u6b4c\u5b78\u8853\u641c\u5c0b\u300d\uff08Google Scholar\uff09\u7684\u6578\u64da\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u7267\u91ce\u6559\u6388\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\u7372\u5168\u7403\u5176\u4ed6\u5b78\u8005\u5f15\u7528\u903e\u516b\u5343\u6b21\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6b64\u5916\uff0c\u4e2d\u5927\u5546\u5b78\u9662<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bschool.cuhk.edu.hk\/centres\/centre-for-entrepreneurship\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u5275\u696d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/a>\u4e3b\u4efb\u3001<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bschool.cuhk.edu.hk\/centres\/centre-for-family-business\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u5bb6\u65cf\u4f01\u696d\u7814\u7a76\u4e2d\u5fc3<\/a>\u4e3b\u4efb\u517c\u7ba1\u7406\u5b78\u7cfb\u526f\u6559\u6388<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bschool.cuhk.edu.hk\/staff\/au-kevin-yuk-fai\/\" rel=\"noopener\" target=\"_blank\">\u5340\u7389\u8f1d<\/a>\u4ea6\u7372AIB\u9812\u767c\u300aJIBS\u300b\u9280\u724c\u3002\u5340\u6559\u6388\u5728\u300aJIBS\u300b\u5275\u520a\u4ee5\u4f86\u767c\u8868\u4e86\u6700\u5c11\u4e94\u7bc7\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u6210\u70ba\u8a72\u671f\u520a\u5728\u904e\u53bb\u534a\u4e16\u7d00\u4ee5\u4f86\u6700\u591a\u7522\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u4eba\u54e1\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n<p \/><\/a>\u5340\u7389\u8f1d\u6559\u6388<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u300aJIBS\u300b\u662f\u570b\u969b\u5546\u52d9\u5b78\u6703\u7684\u5b98\u65b9\u5b78\u8853\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5168\u7403\u9802\u7d1a\u570b\u969b\u5546\u696d\u7814\u7a76\u671f\u520a\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u300aJIBS\u300b\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\u8de8\u5b78\u79d1\u671f\u520a\uff0c\u5c08\u9580\u70ba\u7814\u7a76\u5be6\u52d9\u5546\u696d\u548c\u76f8\u95dc\u9818\u57df\u7684\u5b78\u8005\u767c\u8868\u5177\u7368\u5230\u898b\u89e3\u3001\u5275\u65b0\u610f\u5ff5\u548c\u5f71\u97ff\u529b\u7684\u8ad6\u6587\uff0c\u6db5\u84cb\u5305\u62ec\u570b\u969b\u71df\u904b\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u548c\u5be6\u52d9\u7ba1\u7406\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u300aJIBS\u300b\u5728\u8c37\u6b4c\u5b78\u8853\u641c\u7d22\u570b\u969b\u5546\u696d\u671f\u520a\u6392\u540d\u699c\u540d\u5217\u7b2c\u4e00\uff0c\u4ea6\u662f\u300a\u91d1\u878d\u6642\u5831\u300b\u70ba\u5176\u5168\u7403\u5de5\u5546\u7ba1\u7406\u78a9\u58eb\u548c\u884c\u653f\u4eba\u54e1\u7ba1\u7406\u78a9\u58eb\u767e\u5f37\u6392\u540d\u699c\u7de8\u5236\u7814\u7a76\u8ad6\u6587\u767c\u8868\u91cf\u8a55\u5206\u6642\u6240\u63a1\u7528\u7684\u4e94\u5341\u4efd\u671f\u520a\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p><span
