On the role of curricula in the decentralization of human service delivery

Abstract

Prof. Ryan discusses several case studies of service organizations using decentralization – mediated by curriculum development – in their process to reach scale. Prof. Ryan will draw conclusions about the important operational role curriculum development can play in scaling service operations and offer an outline for future potential research.
