    Mr. Liu Kwok-tai, Teddy is the Head of the Corporate and Talent Development Department of New World Development Company Limited, responsible for planning, promoting and managing New World Group’s corporate strategy, management system, process improvement and business and operational reviews, as well as for overseeing the Group’s talent training and development function, including setting talent development strategies and advocating learning initiatives based on the “training for development” rationale.
