CUHK Business School ranks 21st worldwide in the Financial Times Masters in Finance Ranking 2026

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School’s Master of Science (MSc) Programme in Finance has been ranked 21st globally in the Financial Times Masters in Finance (pre-experience) ranking 2026. The programme is ranked 1st in Hong Kong and 3rd in Asia, reaffirming its position as one of the region’s leading finance master’s programmes.

For a second consecutive year, the programme has secured its global ranking of 21st, its highest position since its debut in 2017. The strong performance reflects the programme’s steadfast commitment to academic excellence and career development, highlighted by exceptional achievements in alumni career outcomes.

* The Financial Times defines pre-experience programmes as those targeted at students with little or no professional experience. The ranking is based on data from business schools and alumni who graduated in 2023.

  • Careers Service Rank: Evaluates the effectiveness of the school careers service in terms of career counselling, personal development, networking events, internship search and recruitment, as rated by their alumni.
