CUHK Business School Career Fair 2025 connects talent with the future

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School Career Fair 2025, organised by the Career Development and Corporate Engagement Office, successfully brought together more than 1,000 students with leading industry partners on 14-15 October 2025.

This year, the fair welcomed more than 70 corporate partners from wide-ranging sectors, including banking and finance, FMCG, consulting, fintech, e-commerce, logistics, aviation, and data science. Throughout the two-day event, enthusiastic students participated, actively networking and exploring career opportunities with leading employers. More than 100 on-site interviews were conducted, with more than half of the candidates advancing to the next stage of the recruitment process.

In his opening address, Professor Zhou Lin, dean of CUHK Business School, highlighted the School’s commitment to holistic student development. “At CUHK Business School, we strive to equip our students with the confidence and connections needed to navigate real-world opportunities. Today is your moment to step forward, test your ambitions, and build the future you envision.”

A range of career support services was offered on site, including a CV Clinic, which provided students with feedback on their bilingual résumés, professional portrait service, and an AI-powered interview simulation station, allowing students to refine their interview skills.
