CUHK Business School holds charity sale in support of Taipo fire victims
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School held a charity sale from 1 to 3 December to raise funds in support of the recovery efforts of the tragic fire in Taipo in November 2025.
The charity sale took place at Cheng Yu Tung Building on CUHK campus in Shatin and CUHK Business School Town Centre in Central, raising a total of HK$78,362.48. With no deductions, all the proceeds have been transferred to the CUHK Alumni Charity Foundation to provide necessary assistance.
We are deeply grateful for the overwhelming support from alumni, faculty, staff, students and members of the public. Many made special efforts to the event, expressing their compassion and solidarity with the Taipo community.
The CUHK Business School community extends its deepest sympathies to all those affected by this devastating incident. We encourage continued care and support for the victims, their families and the wider community during this challenging time. Together, we can help foster hope and resilience.
