CUHK EMBA Residence Week launches leadership journey for Class of 2027
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School Executive MBA Programme (EMBA) recently welcomed its new cohort with its Residence Week, designed to prepare the seasoned executives for their transformative journey ahead.
Meticulously crafted to build deep professional and personal bonds, the week blended introspective personal assessment with dynamic, practical application. Sessions like Dr Gilbert Cheung’s “Knowing Me, Knowing You” encouraged self-discovery, while Professor Dominic Chan’s “Leading Change” workshop inspired the cohort to drive organisational transformation with empathy. The pinnacle was the TechMark simulation, an electrifying test of strategic decision-making and cross-functional cooperation where theory met practice.
As Hong Kong’s first EMBA programme, ranked 22nd globally by the Financial Times in 2024, CUHK EMBA empowers leaders with cutting-edge insights and a lifelong network. The week concluded with a class photo session, capturing the moment of unity of a new cohort poised to lead with vision, impact, and humanity.
