MiM Forum 2026 explores how Gen Z can lead in an era of transformation
The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School’s Master of Science in Management (MiM) Programme recently hosted the CUHK MiM Forum 2025-2026, themed “Gen Z: Leading in the Age of Change”.
The signature annual event brought together industry leaders and students to explore how the next generation can navigate and lead amid rapid technological advancement and global transformation.
Four distinguished speakers from diverse sectors shared their professional insights and personal experiences.

Dr Lydia Leung, CEO and Co-Founder of Belun Technology Co. Ltd., explored innovation, entrepreneurship, and the growing impact of AI-driven technologies.
Mr Michael Chan, Managing Director of 3C AGI Partners, discussed AI industry trends, investment opportunities, and strategies for future business growth.
