The PACC Forum was kicked off by a welcome remarks delivered by Prof. Zhaoyang Gu, Director of School of Accountancy at CUHK Business School. It was then followed by a panel discussion with the theme “Globalisation and Career Development – Opportunities and Challenges”. Four industry veterans from different industries were invited as guest speakers including Mr. Eric Chan, Deputy Director (Corporate Strategy & Commercial Development) of CLP Power Hong Kong Limited; Dr. Venus Tang, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary of Excel Technology International (Hong Kong) Limited; Mr. William Wong, Director, Debt Markets Asia, Institutional Banking and Markets, Commonwealth Back of Australia and Mr. Alan Yau, Partner of KPMG. In addition, the “Global Accounting Stream Scholarships” were also presented to 13 current Global Accounting Stream students to recognise their all-rounded achievements.

The event was concluded with a lunch buffet where potential students had a chance to talk to faculty members and staff and to be connected with CUHK Business School.
