Biography
Professor Jiangze (Jay) Han joined the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology at CUHK Business School as an Assistant Professor in July 2026. Prior to joining CUHK, he was a Postdoctoral Research Scientist at Columbia University, jointly appointed by the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research and Columbia Business School. He received his Ph.D. from the University of British Columbia. His research focuses on optimization and service operations management.
