Mr. Palmer is a renowned and experienced world class British hotelier with a knowledge base that extends 35 years in many iconic luxury hotels. He holds a Professional Master Degree in Management Development from the Harvard Business School.

Mr. Palmer’s extensive experience in world’s luxury hotels include The Dubai international, The Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, The Sukhothai Hotel Bangkok, Langham Hotel in Hong Kong and London, and Langham Hospitality Group. He took up the position as the Managing Director of The Murray, Hong Kong in 2016, transforming the old Government Building into another sophisticated lifestyle luxury hotel in Hong Kong.

Mr. Palmer describes himself as an inspiring hotelier for good and challenging economic times. He is a strategic visionary leader and manager. A consistent high achiever, goal orientated and he makes things happen on time, on budget and to the required quality. He drives a service oriented culture within his teams.
