Biography

Zeyu Zhao is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at CUHK Business School, The Chinese University of Hong Kong. He received his PhD in Business Administration from the W. P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University. His research primarily focuses on corporate governance and strategic leadership, and extends into stakeholder strategy and innovation. His research has been published in leading academic journals such as Strategic Management Journal and Journal of Management.
