CUHK Accounting Research Conference 2019

The School of Accountancy at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) is pleased to announce its second CUHK Accounting Research Conference to be held on 22-23 May 2019. The Conference will feature presenters and discussants who are experts in their research fields.
KEYNOTE SPEAKER| Prof. Mark DeFond
Professor DeFond is the A. N. Mosich Chair of Accounting, Leventhal School of Accounting, University of Southern California. His research investigates issues in auditing, international financial reporting, and earnings management. He is a former Senior Editor of The Accounting Review and has served on the editorial boards of several leading academic journals, including the Journal of Accounting Research and the Journal of Accounting and Economics.

CONFERENCE PARTICIPANTS
The registration fee is USD$300, which covers conference materials, tea and coffee breaks, two lunches, and one banquet dinner.
Participants are responsible for arranging their own transportation and accommodation. Special room rates for Conference participants are available at the Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Sha Tin which is a five-star hotel located right next to the School of Accountancy.
