Abstract: Entrepreneurship and Startups are booming nowadays encouraging many fresh graduates to start companies. However, how many of the startups from HK and China have achieved the same level of global impact as Startups originating from the west such as Uber, Airbnb, WhatsApp etc. That can be claimed as uniquely original and innovative and not just copycat versions of the west? Are Chinese less innovative? How can you as educators encourage original innovations and better nurture the next generation of Startups from HK/China?
