Fu, Jin（符錦）

Biography

Dr Fu Jin was born into a family with a background in medicine and finance. After graduation, he worked In the finance department of Hong Kong Citybus’ Beijing and Tianjin branches. In 2004, he joined a foreign bank and successively engaged in credit work at East Asia Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Hang Seng Bank. After accumulating industry experience and connections, he started his own business in the Greater Bay Area in 2013, mainly focusing on education, trade and investment.

He is the executive director of WT Asset Management Limited, an adjunct associate professor of the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Hong Kong, an adjunct associate professor in the Department of Management of the Chinese University of Hong Kong Business School, an adjunct associate professor of Centre for Chinese History and Culture of University of Macau, the distinguished professor of the School of Finance at Macau City University. He is also a science and technology expert at the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Commission. Dr Fu holds qualifications as a credit analyst from Standard Chartered Bank, a chartered architect (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), a fellow of the Financial Accountants (FFA) in the United Kingdom, and a fellow of the Institute of Public Accountants (FIPA) in Australia. Additionally, Dr Fu is an experienced entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in finance, education, government, and listed companies.
