Biography
John Kim is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. He received his PhD in Management from University of California, Irvine. His research focuses on organisational learning from complex experiences, the dynamics of organisational reference group selection processes, and the influence of organisational design on decision making.
