Biography
Professor Niu Mingzi is an Assistant Professor of the Department of Decisions, Operations and Technology at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. Prior to joining CUHK, she was a postdoctoral fellow at the Federmann Center for the Study of Rationality and the Hebrew University Business School during the academic year 2024-2025. She received her PhD in Economics from Rice University, MA in Economics from Duke University, and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Banking and in Mathematics and Statistics from Peking University. Her research interests are primarily in microeconomic theory, with a focus on learning, dynamic games, mechanism design, and behavioral economics.
