Biography
Fan Wu is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). His research primarily focuses on the real effects of disclosures on corporate innovation and operational decisions, corporate governance, and management control systems. He received his PhD and MSc degrees from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, and his BA from Xiamen University.
