Biography

Zhang Muhan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School. He received his PhD in Management and Organization from Pennsylvania State University. His current research interests include stakeholder strategies, corporate governance, and social movements. His work has appeared in leading academic journals, including Administrative Science Quarterly and the Journal of Management. Additionally, his research has been profiled in media outlets such as the Harvard Business Review and the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
