CUHK ranks first in Hong Kong with 40 business research projects awarded RGC funding

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School is proud to announce that 40 research projects under the business studies panel is granted funding by the General Research Fund (GRF) or Early Career Scheme (ECS) 2025/26, administered by the Research Grants Council (RGC)
This outstanding achievement places CUHK first among all universities in Hong Kong in the “Business Studies Panel” for the second consecutive year.
In total, CUHK Business School has secured a remarkable amount of HKD $17.56 million in funding for 2025/26, representing its highest-ever funding amount.
This achievement reflects CUHK Business School’s unwavering commitment to cultivating a dynamic research culture, advancing the frontiers of business knowledge, and making meaningful contributions to both the academic community and the broader society, in Hong Kong and beyond.
