New Student Exchange Agreement Established between CUHK Business School and Sungkyunkwan University Business School, South Korea

Starting from the 2016-17 academic year, CUHK Business School and Sungkyunkwan University Business School will exchange four undergraduate Business students each year.

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School has recently signed a new Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for a five-year student exchange partnership with the Sungkyunkwan University (SKKU) Business School. Starting from the 2016-17 academic year, the two business schools will exchange four undergraduate Business students each year.

SKKU is a private university in South Korea with an undergraduate student enrolment of 26,985. It is ranked 12thin the Asia University Rankings 2016 by the Times Higher Education. Its Business School is also AACSB-accredited, with a vision to bring global innovation. SKKU is also an existing exchange partner of CUHK United College.

CUHK has established undergraduate student exchange partnerships with over 250 renowned universities around the world. With over 1,000 exchange opportunities each year, undergraduate students are encouraged to expose themselves in a foreign cultural and learning environment. To further develop a global perspective amongst CUHK business students and to help them realise their full potentials, the Business School is in exclusive exchange agreements with 36 top business schools around the world, offering over 140 additional exchange quotas for business school students. In the 2015/16 academic year, over 460 business students were nominated to study abroad.
