As we celebrate the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School’s 60th anniversary, we are thrilled to extend a special invitation to our alumni for the signature CUHK Business School Global Alumni Forum 2023, which will culminate in a celebrative networking luncheon.

This year, the event will take participants on an enlightening journey to understand the driving forces reshaping the world and how businesses should transform to thrive and survive. Inspiring speakers from multiple industries will share valuable insights on how to foster sustainable growth for business amid the unprecedented, ever-accelerating technological innovation.

The event will be hosted both physically at Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel and virtually via Zoom.

  • Terms & Conditions for CUHK Business School Global Alumni Forum 2023
    1. CUHK Business School Global Alumni Forum 2023 ( “event”) is organised by CUHK Business School Alumni Affairs and Development Office (“Alumni Office”) for the participation of CUHK Business School alumni on a first come, first served basis.
    2. Successful registrants will receive an email confirming their attendance within three working days. Walk-in participation on the event day without prior registration and confirmation will not be accommodated.
    3. Unless the event is cancelled or rescheduled, all payments are non-refundable. Yet, seats are transferrable to other CUHK Business School alumni with a condition that the registrant(s) inform the Alumni Office before noon on or before 18 August 2023. No seat transfer will be allowed afterwards.
    4. For online participants, they will receive a Zoom link 3 days before the event via email.
    5. Photos and videos taken at the event are owned by CUHK Business School Alumni Office, and they will be used for promotional purposes. By joining the event, participants agree to the usage of such photos and videos by the Alumni Office and its authorised parties for promotional purposes unconditionally.
    6. CUHK Business School Alumni Office reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event and/ or change the event terms and arrangements at its sole discretion without prior notification, and it will not be responsible for any loss caused by the postponement, cancellation and/ or change.
  • Terms & Conditions for the Hotel Staycation Package Giveaway Promotion
    1. Only CUHK Business School alumni who register online to attend the CUHK Business School Global Alumni Forum 2023 (“event”) physically with successful payment and confirmation email will be eligible for the Hotel Staycation Package Giveaway Promotion (“promotion”). Each alumnus/ alumna can only register once. Duplicated submissions will be regarded as invalid submissions for the promotion.
    2. The first five of every 60th alumni registrants, i.e., the 60th, 120th and 180th, 240th and 300th registrants will receive a one-night staycation package for two persons at Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel (“prize”). A maximum of five prizes will be given away in this promotion. CUHK Business School Alumni Office will decide on the award list based on the order of registration in the report generated from the system.
    3. Details of the prize, including the usage period, number of guests, offerings, etc., are subject to the terms and conditions set by Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel. CUHK Business School Alumni Office will not be responsible for any loss caused by and/ or related to the receipt and/ or usage of the staycation package. For any inquiry, opinion, claim and/ or dispute, please contact the hotel directly.
    4. The winners will be notified of the prizes collection details via a separate email before the Global Alumni Forum event day. Winners must be physically present at the event (including the forum and luncheon), show the confirmation email and prove their identity to receive the giveaway, they will be disqualified.
    5. CUHK Business School Alumni Office reserves the right to cancel the promotion and/ or change the terms and conditions without prior notice. In case of any dispute, CUHK Business School Alumni Office reserves the right of final decision.
    6. The promotion is subject to the Terms and Conditions. By participating in this promotion, alumni agree to accept and fully comply with all the Terms and Conditions above.
