Leadership in Tune with the Times

Prof. Kenneth Law shares his views with Business Management Review magazine on the leadership style in today’s workplace and how it is different from the past leadership style in Chinese organizations.

With the rise of innovative corporations like Facebook and Google, where employees enjoy a relatively equitable relationship with their supervisors, the younger generation of knowledge workers in the Digital Age has a different expectation on leadership. In a special report about Leadership 2.0, published in Business Management Review《商學院》monthly magazine’s October 2015 issue, Prof. Kenneth Law, Associate Dean (Research) and Professor of Department of Management at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) Business School, sheds light on the leadership style in today’s workplace and how it is different from the past leadership style prevalent in Chinese organizations.
