We are delighted to announce that CUHK Business School Town Centre has been renovated and reopened. The project was part of the itinerary in celebration of the MBA’s 50th Anniversary, and the Centre Official Relaunch Ceremony was held on Friday, 18 November.

Over 80 guests gathered at CUHK Business School Town Centre for a cocktail reception. They got the opportunity to enjoy speeches from four key persons: Mr. Tony Fung, Chairman of the MBA Advisory Board, Prof. Kalok Chan, Dean of CUHK Business School, Stephanie Villemagne, Associate Dean of Graduate Programs and Director of MBA Programs, and Prof. Andrew Chan, Director of EMBA Program.

Prof. Kalok Chan, in his welcoming remarks, drew attention to the design of the lobby area, which features wonderful stonework. “You may have noticed the concentric circles, which are actually a symbol of our vision for the Town Centre, to create a hub that can serve, influence and inspire those around us. Like a pebble dropping in the water, we will continue to spread our circles of influence outwards, touching as many people as possible through our teaching programs, research and positive energy.”

Since 2002, CUHK Business School Town Centre, housed in the Bank of America Tower at Admiralty, has been an impeccable teaching facility for MBA and EMBA classes. The renovation project has given the venue a facelift. It is now much more than a teaching facility, and is ideal for a wide range of social and corporate functions.

Ms. Stephanie Villemagne invited the guests to take a guided tour of the Centre. “In future,” she said, “we aim to engage with people at all levels of society. The fully renovated CUHK Business School Town Centre is the perfect platform for furthering our connections with alumni and corporations.”
