Statement of Clarification: Non-involvement in Social Enterprise Research Institute’s Social Caring Company Award

The Chinese University of Hong Kong (“CUHK”) Business School has recently received a number of enquiries concerning an invitation issued by an organisation called Social Enterprise Research Institute (“SERI”) regarding its “Social Caring Company Award.”

CUHK Business School hereby clarifies that:

  1. CUHK Business School and its programmes and units do not have any relationship, partnership, alliance and agreement with SERI.
  2. CUHK Business School and its programmes and units, including its MBA Programmes, have no relationship and involvement in any activities and events organised by SERI.
  3. CUHK Business School has not authorised SERI to use its school name and its related units’/programmes’ names and logos in the institute’s marketing collaterals and website.

CUHK Business School has officially requested SERI to remove related logos and names (including the Faculty of Business Administration of The Chinese University of Hong Kong) from the institute’s marketing collateral and website.

CUHK Business School reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take appropriate legal action against any parties to protect its brands and reputation.
