The Department of Marketing cultivates accomplished scholars and managers who guide and command best practices in the marketing profession. Renowned for our pioneering research and education leadership, we continually drive innovation in managerial marketing and big data marketing, providing undergraduate students with a unique quantitative marketing concentration, a big data stream for postgraduate students as well as a wide selection of fields for research students.

The Department’s quantitative and behavioural research is regularly published in major marketing, business, economics, psychology and statistics journals. Our relevant and comprehensive research is a testament to our commitment to academic excellence and contribution to the continued development of the Hong Kong and Chinese Mainland economies.
