PhD Community

Our doctoral program aims at developing independent, productive, and ethical member of the research community. PhD students in our department are trained and supervised by world-class researchers who publish extensively in top-tiered journals including Administrative Science Quarterly, Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of International Business Studies, and Strategic Management Journal.

Our PhD program is also characterized by a collegial and supportive environment. A series of brownbag seminars is organized by and for our doctoral students. In these informal seminars, students present, exchange their ideas as well as learn from others. We also encourage and support our doctoral students in attending international conferences and being an active member in the research community. Many of our graduates have joined the academic community and continued their research as a career.
